Booking and cancellation conditions
Cancellation policy:
A 50% credit card deposit will be required for booking confirmation. Deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. The balance will be paid upon your departure.
Responsibility:
The outfitter assumes no liability for loss or theft of personal property.
Check-ins & Checkouts:
You may register as of 3 p.m. on arrival date. At the end of your stay, you must leave your cottage by 10 a.m. at the latest. Any request for a late checkout must be submitted the morning of your departure and approved by a staff member.
Pets:
Well-behaved pets are welcome in certain cottages. Please advise us if you are bringing a pet, as additional costs will be applicable. Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms or on the beach. They must be kept on a leash at all times. No pet with non-acceptable behaviour will be tolerated.
Our establishments offer a smoke-free environment:
All our cottages and rooms are non-smoking. Fees will be applied if this rule is not complied with.
Visitors:
All visitors must be sign up at reception to have access to the site and pay a fee of $10.
